You'll take ownership of the deployment, commissioning and handover of complex modular data centre projects, working across engineering, construction, commissioning, manufacturing, logistics and customer teams.\nIf you've successfully delivered major projects within:\nData Centres\nBuilding Services\nHVAC\nMission Critical Environments\nIndustrial or Advanced Manufacturing\nHealthcare Infrastructure\nLarge-scale Commercial Construction\nand you're looking to be part of one of the fastest-growing sectors in Australia, we'd love to hear from you.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nAs the Deployment Manager, you will be accountable for the successful delivery of modular data centre projects from deployment planning through to commissioning and customer handover.\nKey responsibilities include:\nLeading the deployment and delivery of modular data centre infrastructure projects.\nPlanning and managing site readiness, logistics, installation sequencing and commissioning activities.\nManaging contractors, subcontractors and vendor partners across multiple disciplines.\nCoordinating mechanical, electrical, controls and IT infrastructure integration.\nDriving project outcomes around safety, quality, schedule, customer satisfaction and commercial performance.\nActing as the key point of contact for customers, internal stakeholders and project teams.\nIdentifying and mitigating project risks while maintaining delivery milestones.\nOverseeing QA/QC activities and ensuring compliance with engineering and safety standards.\nLeading commissioning, performance testing and final handover activities.\nSupporting the implementation of Autodesk Construction Cloud and continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery processes.\nDeveloping and mentoring project and field engineering teams where required.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nYou are a confident and commercially savvy project leader who thrives in technically complex environments and enjoys bringing multidisciplinary teams together to deliver outstanding outcomes.\nYou'll bring:\nEssential\n10+ years' experience delivering major construction, infrastructure, building services or mission-critical projects.\nStrong experience managing Mechanical, Electrical and Civil project scopes.\nProven success leading contractors, consultants and cross-functional project teams.\nExceptional stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.\nStrong commercial acumen with a focus on project profitability and risk management.\nExcellent planning, organisational and communication skills.\nHighly Regarded\nData Centre project experience.\nModular construction experience.\nBuilding Services, HVAC or Critical Infrastructure experience.\nExperience with Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar project management platforms.\nProject Management qualifications (PMP, Prince2 or equivalent).\nWhy Join Johnson Controls & Silent-Aire?\nWork on Industry-Leading Projects\nJoin a business delivering cutting-edge data centre infrastructure for some of the world's largest technology companies.\nStrong Career Growth\nData centres are one of the fastest-growing sectors in Australia.
