We are looking for a NPI Engineer\nWhat you will do:\nResponsible of maintaining updated information needed to assemble Compressors & VSD’s panels. Keep adherence to PDP requirements while introduce new products and guarantee Engineering Changes (EC) are proper implemented at Monterrey Compressor Plant. Leading NPI implementations on plant, coordinating the rest of the team providing direction.\nHow you will do it:\nResponsible of new products introduction and continuous product improvement. \nGenerates cost reduction ideas (VA/VE) developing actions to achieve savings goals. \nAssure information to build compressor &/or VSD’s is at their latest revision level maintaining constant communication with Engineering Design Centers \nManage & provide direction on major Eng projects (savings/NPI/improvement) \nProvide technical support to the productive areas.
