This role is responsible for leading cross-functional projects that transition products, processes, and manufacturing activities to external suppliers while ensuring business continuity, customer service, quality, and financial objectives are achieved.\nWorking closely with Procurement, Category Management, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain teams, you will serve as the primary leader coordinating all activities required to successfully launch and stabilize outsourced production.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead outsourcing projects from approval through launch and stabilization.\nDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful production transfers.\nDrive launch readiness activities and monitor project execution performance.\nManage inventory transition plans, capacity planning, and supply continuity activities.\nCoordinate quality, engineering, manufacturing, and operational readiness requirements.\nTrack project performance, financial benefits, and business case realization.\nIdentify and resolve execution risks impacting cost, quality, delivery, or customer commitments.\nCommunicate project status and key milestones to stakeholders and leadership.\nSupport continuous improvement of outsourcing and project management processes.\nQualifications\nSupply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.\n7+ years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations, engineering, or project management.\nProven experience leading complex cross-functional projects.\nExperience with manufacturing transfers, outsourcing initiatives, supplier transitions, or operational transformation programs.\nStrong project management, organizational, and communication skills.\nAbility to influence and lead without direct authority.\nExperience with ERP systems such as SAP is preferred.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP certification.\nAPICS, ASCM, SCMP, CPSM, or similar professional designation.\nExperience working with contract manufacturers and global supplier networks.\nKnowledge of APQP, PPAP, product launches, and manufacturing transfer processes.\nLean or Six Sigma certification.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nOutsourcing projects delivered on time and within scope.\nSmooth production transitions with minimal business disruption.\nAchievement of cost savings and operational improvement targets.\nStrong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.\nSuccessful launch and stabilization of outsourced manufacturing operations.\nIf you are a results-oriented project leader with a passion for operational execution, supply chain transformation, and delivering complex initiatives, we'd like to hear from you.\n#LI-Onsite\nSALARY RANGE: $95,000 - $131,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
