You will have the opportunity to lead critical financial processes, influence operational strategy, and contribute directly to business success.\nWhat you will do\nServe as the primary finance business partner to the Plant Operations Manager and site leadership team, providing financial expertise and strategic guidance.\nLead the site's financial planning processes, including annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning activities.\nDeliver insightful analysis of monthly financial performance, including P&L, balance sheet, inventory, and operational KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.\nCoordinate the monthly financial close process in partnership with the Regional Business Centre (RBC), ensuring accurate and timely reporting.\nMaintain a strong financial control environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial governance requirements.\nLead and develop the local finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.\nSupport capital investment decisions by preparing business cases, evaluating financial returns, and conducting post-investment reviews.\nPartner with operational teams to support productivity initiatives, continuous improvement projects, and operational excellence programs.\nPerform financial analysis to support key business decisions, including make-versus-buy evaluations and cost optimization opportunities.\nManage plant inventory reporting, inventory controls, and inventory health metrics to support working capital and operational performance targets.\nOversee product costing activities, including transfer pricing and ERP costing data maintenance.\nCoordinate and support annual physical inventory counts and inventory control processes.\nHow you will do it\nBuild strong partnerships with plant leadership, operational teams, and finance colleagues to align financial objectives with business priorities.\nTranslate complex financial information into clear insights that support informed decision-making at all levels of the organization.\nUse data-driven analysis to identify performance drivers, uncover opportunities, and proactively address risks.\nFoster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.\nLeverage manufacturing ERP systems and financial reporting tools to ensure accurate costing, reporting, and forecasting.\nLead with curiosity, adaptability, and a solutions-focused mindset in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nDevelop collaborative relationships with stakeholders across finance and operations to deliver shared business goals.\nWhat we look for\nRequired\nEnglish and Hungarian language level - advanced\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.\nExperience in a manufacturing finance, plant finance, or operations finance environment.\nStrong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting.\nExperience working with standard costing methodologies and manufacturing cost accounting principles.\nExperience using ERP systems within a manufacturing environment.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform financial data into actionable business insights.\nAbility to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.\nDemonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-making across functions.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nAdvanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial analysis and presentation tools.\nExperience leading, coaching, or developing team members.\nPreferred\nProfessional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).\nExperience supporting inventory management, working capital initiatives, and supply chain operations.\nExperience leading operational excellence, continuous improvement, or cost optimization projects.\nExperience preparing capital expenditure business cases and investment appraisals.\nKnowledge of transfer pricing principles and product costing processes.\nExposure to multinational manufacturing environments and shared service operating models.\nOur salary\nThe salary for this position will be in the range of 1,2M-1,9M HUF. The final package will reflect your experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
