You will also maintain budgets and work schedules and participate in shareholder meetings while ensuring all deadlines for certain projects are met.\nHow you will do it:\nParticipate in project design meetings and propose improvements as needed.\nEvaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions.\nPlan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information.\nSupervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.\nManage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and\nStored.\nDirect project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting\nminutes and emails.\nCommunicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.\nAdhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.\nOther duties as assigned.\nGeneral Roles & Responsibilities:\nAct as the main point of contact between stakeholders and the project team\nDefine project scope by working with stakeholders to establish the project objectives and success criteria\nDevelop a detailed project plan/schedule outlining tasks, timelines, resources and milestones\nIdentify, acquire and manage required project resources\nDetermine tools needed to effectively complete project tasks\nResponsible for leading the project team and ensuring all members clearly understand their roles and responsibilities\nIdentify potential risks that could impact the project and work with the project team to develop strategies to mitigate or manage the identified risks\nAddress and resolve any conflicts or issues within the project team\nFacilitate regular status meetings with project team members and stakeholders when necessary\nOversee the execution of tasks, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.\nMonitor progress against the project plan, identifying any deviations and addressing them promptly.\nEnsure that project deliverables meet the required standards and quality.\nKeep stakeholders informed about project status, changes, and issues.\nPrepare and present regular reports on project progress, risks, and performance.\nMaintain accurate project documentation for reference and compliance.\nQuickly address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.\nEstimate project costs and develop a budget.\nMonitor, track and control project expenses to stay within budget.\nProvide regular updates on financial status to stakeholders.\nEnsure all project deliverables are completed and meet the project objectives and receive approval from stakeholders to close the project.\nConduct a post-project review to evaluate what went well and what could be improved\nEnsure that all project knowledge is transferred to relevant stakeholders or teams for future reference.\nSilent-Aire Specific Roles & Responsibilities:\nSingle Point Accountability (SPA) for Project\nCustomer Report Out at Launch:\no POC daily completion\no Units wrapped tracker against daily target\no Labor allocation - needs vs actual (weekly is fine)\nInternal Responsibilities:\no Lead Project kick-off\no Confirm / Track MERP adherence\no Lead Weekly project sync utilizing Project Plan (Smartsheet, Excel or MS Project)\no Lead any major outsourcing activities with JCI Procurement team\no Lead any plant line moves (between buildings, etc)\no Ensure the following core documents are complete / available to team on-time:\nInspection Test Plan (ITP) - PM SPA\nAPQP Workbook (DFMEA, PFMEA, PFD, CP) - Engineering / Quality SPA\nEngineering Construction Package - Engineering SPA\nBOM - Engineering SPA\nOrder Entry (OE) input & review - OE Team SPA\nAudit hours & material adherence (financial focus)\nWhat we look for\nRequired:\nTravel may be required to job sites on occasions including extended overnights, before/after normal work hours, and weekends\nOccasional travel to field worksite locations may require Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)\nOccasional travel is required, including international travel.
