This role serves as the senior quality leader responsible for multiple factories, direct resources and execute strategy in Quality Engineering, Supplier Quality, Quality Systems, Auditing, Quality Analytics, and Inspection functions while driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.\nThe ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in manufacturing quality, supplier quality, customer quality, APQP, quality systems, auditing, compliance, and strategic leadership. The Quality Manager will partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management, and Executive Leadership to improve performance, reduce risk, and ensure quality remains a competitive advantage.\nKey Responsibilities:\nQuality Leadership & Strategy\nDevelop and execute the organization's quality strategy, objectives, and performance goals.\nLead Quality Engineering, Supplier Quality, Quality Systems, Auditing, Quality Analytics, and Inspection functions.\nEstablish quality governance, performance reviews, and improvement roadmaps.\nBuild organizational capability through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning.\nLead quality transformation initiatives and foster a culture of accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement.\nManufacturing, Supplier & Customer Quality\nDrive improvements in DPU, FPY, NCRs, COPQ, warranty, field quality, and customer satisfaction.\nOversee deployment and effectiveness of PFMEAs, Control Plans, process controls, inspection strategies, and corrective actions.\nLead supplier quality activities including qualification, APQP, PPAP, audits, supplier development, and supplier corrective actions.\nServe as the senior escalation point for customer quality concerns, containment activities, root cause investigations, and corrective actions.\nPartner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to improve quality, reliability, and process capability.\nNew Product Introduction & APQP\nOversee quality planning activities for new product development and launch programs by working with NPI Quality Team.\nEnsure execution of APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA, process validation, and PPAP requirements.\nParticipate in design reviews, risk assessments, manufacturing readiness reviews, and launch reviews.\nEnsure quality requirements are incorporated throughout the product development lifecycle.\nQuality Systems & Compliance\nServe as the executive owner of the Quality Management System (QMS).\nEnsure compliance with ISO 9001, customer requirements, internal policies, and applicable standards.\nOversee Management Review, CAPA, document control, audit management, training compliance, and risk management processes.\nSupport customer audits, certification audits, and external assessments.\nMonitor QMS effectiveness and drive continual improvement initiatives.\nPerformance Management & Organizational Support\nLead and manage a team of quality professionals for the campus comprising of multiple factories in the region.\nEstablish and review enterprise quality metrics, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting systems.\nMonitor trends related to quality performance, supplier performance, customer complaints, audit findings, and corrective action effectiveness.\nPresent quality performance, business risks, and improvement initiatives to executive leadership.\nParticipate and deliver quality metrics, action plans, and project updates in critical operational and customer-facing reviews.\nMentor and guide quality teams on quality tools, methodologies, leadership, and business performance improvement.\nTechnical Competencies\nStrong working knowledge of:\nQuality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Supplier Quality Management, Customer Quality Management, Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), Quality Auditing, Reliability Engineering, Risk Management, Root Cause Analysis, Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), and Continuous Improvement methodologies.\nDemonstrated proficiency in:\nStrategic quality leadership, manufacturing quality improvement, customer quality management, supplier quality development, organizational change management, structured problem solving, quality planning, risk mitigation, compliance management, and executive communication.\nPreferred experience in:\nPower BI, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, ERP systems, eQMS platforms, Minitab, statistical analysis tools, and business intelligence applications.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Business, Quality Management, or related discipline OR relevant experience.\nDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional quality organizations and influence business decisions.\nStrong leadership, communication, organizational, and project management skills.\nAbility to effectively operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nExperience\nMinimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing quality, supplier quality, customer quality, quality systems, or quality engineering functions.\nMinimum 5 years of quality leadership experience.\nExperience leading manufacturing quality, supplier quality, customer quality, and quality systems initiatives.\nProven record of improving quality performance, reducing defects, and driving sustained corrective actions.\nExperience supporting APQP, PPAP, NPI, customer audits, certification audits, and quality system compliance.\nExperience presenting business performance and strategic initiatives to executive leadership.\nPreferred\n ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) or\n ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or\n ASQ Certified Supplier Quality Professional (CSQP) or\n ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)\nLean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent certification.\nISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.\nExperience leading multi-site manufacturing quality organizations.\nExperience supporting assembly,
