# Plant Quality Manager

Plant Quality Manager We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager with 10+ years of progressive manufacturing quality leadership experience to lead all aspects of quality performance across manufacturing operations, supplier quality, customer quality, new product introduction, and quality management systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the organization's quality strategy while ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and business requirements. This role serves as the senior quality leader responsible for multiple factories, direct resources and execute strategy in Quality Engineering, Supplier Quality, Quality Systems, Auditing, Quality Analytics, and Inspection functions while driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement throughout the organization. The ideal candidate possesses strong expertise in manufacturing quality, supplier quality, customer quality, APQP, quality systems, auditing, compliance, and strategic leadership.
