We are looking for talent to expand our liquid cooling platforms for data centers, with a focus on CDUs, modular liquid cooling platforms, sidecars, Secondary Fluid Networks (SFNs), manifolds, and the broader end-to-end liquid cooling portfolio.\nYou will lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of these products and systems. This role combines technical expertise, market insight, and business acumen to deliver innovative solutions for hyperscale, enterprise, and edge data centers.\nYou will focus on long-term customer satisfaction, competitive advantage, market share growth, and increased profitability across the data center thermal product portfolio.\nWork Location\nThis is a hybrid position based in New Freedom, Pennsylvania, or Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Employees are expected to work from the office at least three days per week. Candidates must live within commuting distance of one of these locations or be willing to relocate.\nHow You Will Do It\nManage the end-to-end lifecycle and business results of a product line.\nDevelop product roadmaps and strategic business plans, prioritizing the activities and actions needed to achieve growth.\nDrive strategy within the assigned area of influence, with a focus on business and profit growth.\nManage legacy products, services, and offerings while developing innovative solutions and business models.\nOwn product profitability and drive positive financial results.\nGather and analyze economic, financial, market, and industry information, including market share, ROI, IRR, and NPV.\nApply pricing strategies within the broader business strategy, assess the impact of pricing decisions, and conduct customer segmentation, win-loss, and price-realization analysis.\nMaintain a competitive database of products, services, and offerings.\nTranslate value propositions into compelling business cases that support growth.\nProvide application information to Marketing to support collateral development and begin establishing industry relationships.\nSupport channel partners and foster relationships with key customers.\nDrive a customer-centric approach to product, service, and offering management.\nClearly communicate findings and implications, explain why the information matters, and drive the resulting actions.\nSupport key business projects and programs in partnership with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on scope, objectives, schedule, and budget.\nSupport the development of project and program budgets.\nWhat You Will Need\nBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nTen years of professional experience, including two to three years of product, service, or offering management experience.\nExperience providing direction and leadership to highly educated engineering teams.\nExperience partnering with Sales and business leadership and presenting product performance, cost, pricing, competitive benchmarking, and market trend analyses to influence strategic decisions.\nAbility to gather and analyze economic, financial, market, and industry information.\nAbility to take calculated risks using facts, data, and scenario-planning tools.\nDemonstrated attention to detail, commitment to quality, and a results-driven, customer-focused approach.\nStrong written, editing, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex issues and projects succinctly, logically, and persuasively.\nAbility to travel.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMBA or another graduate degree, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.\nStrong understanding of data center design, operations, and advanced thermal management technologies.\nHigh-level understanding of market trends in the data center or a related industry.\nExperience engaging with customers, gathering voice-of-customer insights, and managing complex customer issues.\nStrong VOC capabilities, with the ability to translate customer experiences into implications for new product introductions, trade-offs, and growth opportunities.\nUnderstanding of strategic and market levers used to build successful growth plans.\nAbility to understand and implement transactional pricing recommendations.\nBasic understanding of value pricing and value-capture models.\nBasic understanding of budgeting and key financial indicators, including ROI, IRR, and NPV.\nAbility to follow established guidelines and processes, including capital requests.\nBasic understanding of business models such as subscriptions, product or service delivery, and distribution.\nWorking knowledge of the industries and applications supported by the product, service, or offering.\nUnderstanding that strategy is an ongoing process rather than a one-time event.\nAbility to prioritize the actions that matter most when developing a business or strategic plan, including the ability to say no when appropriate.\nCompensation and Benefits\nHIRING SALARY RANGE: $125,000.00 - 160,000.00 USD Annual.
