Actively participates in accounts receivable, accounts payable and financial activities, such as contract scheduling, revenue goals, billings, collections, and subcontract processing. Provides back up customer call handling, as needed. Provides administrative, day to day support in the operational areas. \nHow you will do it\nAnswers any customer/subcontractors inquiries and resolves or escalates customer issues, as appropriate.\nUpdates project/labor schedules as required by project owner. \nRuns query reports, researches and reconciles unaligned costs, such as labor hours, material purchases, expenses and other operations related transactions. \nPerforms necessary cost transfers. \nPrepare and submit billings. \nCompletes any additional documentation required for billing, i.e. certified payroll. \nReconciliation of accounts payable exceptions as necessary. \nAssist installation teams as needed to reach revenue goals, which may include contacting vendors. \nResearches, resolves or escalates accounts receivable disputes as outlined in the escalation process. \nWorks with Accounts Receivables contact to assist with resolution of A/R issues. Determines appropriate actions for timely resolution. \nIf needed, will interact with Customer to resolve receivable issues. \nProcesses invoice credits and rebills, as necessary. \nProactively contacts customers ensure customer satisfaction and a commitment to pay. \nMaintains notes within appropriate systems. \nUpdates and retains customer account information related to special billing conditions, tax status, invoice approval contacts, billing addresses and special billing rates up-to-date. \nSupport subcontract process including insuring all documentation has been provided to meet safety requirements and any bonds are received and lien wavers are provided per contract requirements. \nAssist COAs in resolution of issues. \nProvide additional operations administration support, as required. \nWhat we look for \nRequired\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required, plus 2 to 3 years of related work experience, preferably within a technical work environment.\nMust have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients.\nMust have the ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of projects, tasks and issues with tact, cooperation, and persistence. \nAbility to prioritize work activities based upon financial impact to desired business goals. \nMust have proficient computer skills within the following applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, ACCESS, Desktop Publishing and Internet business application usage. \nMust demonstrate the ability to perform work independently and demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills. \nPreferred Associate’s degree preferred. \nExperience and/or basic project accounting or costing principals is desired. \nUpdated NON Exempt verbiage\nHIRING HOURLY RANGE: $28 - $37 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
