Backed by advanced technology, lifecycle services and an industry-leading field organization, we elevate customer performance, turn goals into real-world results and help move society forward.\nWhat you will do: \nResponsibilities include but are not limited to assisting the Construction Managers and Project Managers with coordination/ documentation, ordering of equipment for Install base projects including day-to-day general office duties as assigned for fire alarm, suppression and sprinkler.\n How you will do it:\nOperations Administrative Support uploading and Maintaining Projects and Contracts via Job Design/ BBI \nMonitor status of small projects (fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler) \nCommunicate with customers and sale reps as to when material and/or labor is required.\nEnsure that required engineering is performed to meet customer expectations.\nCoordinate with TIS supervisor and/or construction manager customer’s labor requirements. \nOrder equipment, ensure that customer receives material when needed. \nReport to department managers project status. \nProcess change orders, releasing equipment, filing, Certificate of Insurance, Warranty Letters \nBilling of projects; compiling back-ups such as Certified Payroll, work tickets etc. \nHandling customer/ contract disputes as needed. \nCoordinate delivery of equipment to the job site \nCoordinate delivery of close-out documents \nCreation of purchase orders for subcontractors \nProcurement and verification of project schedules \nAttend work in progress meetings. \nTracking of project RFI’s, change orders and other pertinent documentation. \nCoordination/ Follow Ups with Sales Team regarding project bookings; releasing of jobs from COE/ Credit holds etc. \nAssist with Accounts Receivable (AR) \nAct as the facilitator and point-person for information sharing between OTC, District, and select customers as directed by ACSM \nSupport Dispute Resolution in resolving disputes when requested by the AR Collectors or the Dispute team. \nContact customers when identified as necessary as part of DMS or for very simple reasons. \nWhat we look for: \nRequired\nProficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, EXCEL, Power Point \nKnowledge of ACE, OASys, Job Cost Systems \nValid driver's license with a good driving record \nHigh School diploma or equivalent \nAbility to multi-task and prioritize among assignments with a strong adherence to deadlines. \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills \nMust be organized, detail oriented and self-motivating. \nMust Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen \nPositive Attitude a must \nPunctual and Accountable \nExperience dealing with customers \nPreferred\nAssociates Degree preferred \n3 to 5 years of related experience \nExperience in a high-volume, customer service-oriented position \nElectrical/ Construction industry experience is helpful \nHIRING HOURLY RANGE: $23-$32 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
