Working closely with customers, contractors, consultants, and internal teams, you will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\nThis role offers the opportunity to work on some of the industry's most advanced and technically challenging projects while contributing to the growth of critical infrastructure that powers the digital economy.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end project delivery for AHU, FWU, CDU, CRAC and Modular Data Centre solutions.\nDevelop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource strategies.\nManage multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, project controls, document controllers, subcontractors, and suppliers.\nMonitor project performance across safety, quality, schedule, cost, risk, and customer satisfaction metrics.\nTake ownership of project financial performance, including P&L, forecasting, cash flow, and change management.\nAct as the primary point of contact for customers, consultants, and general contractors.\nDrive proactive risk identification and mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.\nEnsure compliance with contractual obligations, safety standards, and quality requirements.\nLead successful project commissioning, close-out, and client handover activities.\nSpend approximately 50% of your time on project sites, ensuring successful execution and stakeholder engagement.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.\nProven project management experience delivering complex HVAC, mechanical, or building services projects.\nStrong technical understanding of HVAC system design, manufacture, installation, testing, and commissioning.\nExperience delivering projects within data centres, healthcare, commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or large infrastructure environments.\nDemonstrated ability to lead large project teams and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.\nStrong commercial acumen with experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and contractual obligations.\nExcellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.\nFluent written and verbal English communication skills.\nPMP or equivalent project management certification highly regarded.\nWhy
