We focus on energy efficiency, scalability, and reliability to meet the growing demands of digital connectivity.\nPosition: Project Manager \nLocation: Seoul South Korea \nExperience: 10+ Years\nIndustry: HVAC / MEP / Building Solutions\nJob Summary\nThe Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of AHU, FWU, CDU, CRAC and Modular Data Centers systems from contract bidding through contract award engineering, prototyping, customer factory witness testing, procurement, production, shipping, installation, commissioning, and final handover. The role is accountable for safety, quality, schedule, cost, margin performance, customer satisfaction, and contractual compliance.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end project execution and delivery, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders\nDevelop project execution plans, schedules, budgets and resource plans.\nManage project engineers, project controls engineers, document controllers, subcontractors and suppliers.\nMonitor schedule, cost, risk and project performance.\nOwn project P&L, forecasting, cash flow and change management.\nServe as the primary customer and general contractor interface.\nEnsure compliance with contract, safety and quality requirements.\nEnsure timely closure to all risk and issues throughout project delivery\nEnsure successful project closure, handover, and customer satisfaction.\nWill be required to be on-project sites for 50% of the time\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering or a related field.\nProven experience in HVAC project management and execution.\nStrong technical knowledge of HVAC design, installation, testing, and commissioning.\nExperience handling commercial, industrial, healthcare, data center, or large infrastructure projects.\nAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and large project teams.\nStrong communication, planning, and leadership skills\nFluent in written and spoken English and Korean\nPMP or equivalent
