Our data centre solutions prioritise quality, scalability and speed to market. We are seeking a dedicated Quality Administrator to join our team. The Quality Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the department, assisting with documentation, record-keeping, coordination of quality-related activities, and ensuring compliance with quality management systems The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and background in quality preferably in manufacturing environment.\nWhat you will do\nAs part of the Quality Team, you will support the monitoring, analysis and continuous improvement of quality performance across Silent-Aire Europe. You will work closely with Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, Engineering and Production teams to ensure quality data is effectively captured, analysed and reported.\nHow you will do it\nAnalyse quality trends and identify gaps in QC processes and activities to support root cause investigations and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence.\nWork cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing and Production Administration to collect, consolidate and analyse data related to non-conforming products.\nSupport Quality Engineering in tracking and analysing non-conformance trends and identifying recurring issues and improvement opportunities.\nCompile and report daily quality metrics, ensuring data accuracy and visibility of quality performance.\nSupport quality improvement initiatives through data collection, Excel analysis, database queries and performance reporting.\nDevelop and maintain quality documentation, including inspection records and other Quality Management System documentation.\nSupport the management and continuous improvement of the Silent-Aire Europe SharePoint Quality portal.\nManage and track supplier quality certificates and documentation, ensuring records are maintained and up to date.\nProvide general administrative and coordination support to the Quality Team.\nParticipate in Quality Team and cross-functional meetings to support the effective coordination of quality activities and improvement initiatives.\nWhat we look for\nRquired\nBachelor's degree in quality management, Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field.\nMinimum of 2 years’ experience in a Quality Assurance, Quality Control or similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.\nStrong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse quality data, identify trends and support root cause investigations.\nStrong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.\nExperience with quality control tools and techniques.\nAbility to manage multiple activities and priorities while maintaining accurate quality records and reporting.\nPreferred\nKnowledge of Quality Management Systems, including ISO 9001.\nExperience working with non-conformances, corrective actions and continuous improvement activities.\nExperience analysing quality KPIs and identifying trends or recurring issues.\nExperience with SharePoint or similar document management systems.\nFamiliarity with root cause analysis methodologies and quality tools would be an
