opportunities\nSupportive, collaborative and safety-driven culture\nHow You Will Do It\nInvestigate customer complaints, warranty issues and internal non-conformances to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.\nManage quality records, complaints and corrective actions within the Q-Pulse Quality Management System.\nSupport and facilitate root cause analysis activities using recognised quality tools and methodologies.\nWork closely with production and engineering teams to improve processes, reduce defects and enhance product quality.\nMonitor quality performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.\nConduct product and process audits to ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.\nLiaise with customers regarding quality concerns, providing timely updates and resolution plans.\nSupport supplier quality activities and contribute to supplier performance improvement initiatives.\nAssist with continuous improvement projects across manufacturing and operational processes.\nEnsure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality requirements at all times.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nRequired\nExperience within a quality engineering, quality assurance or manufacturing quality role.\nKnowledge of quality management systems and non-conformance processes.\nExperience investigating customer complaints and implementing corrective actions.\nStrong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.\nGood IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nUnderstanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.\nBeneficial\nExperience using Q-Pulse, Navision or similar business systems.\nKnowledge of ISO 9001 quality management standards.\nInternal Auditor qualification or audit experience.\nExperience within an engineering or manufacturing environment.\nContinuous improvement knowledge, including Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.\nUnderstanding of warranty management and customer complaint processes.\nThis role offers an excellent opportunity to develop within the Quality and EHS function while contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction across the Great Yarmouth
