In this role, you will help ensure quality across IBMS project execution with a strong focus onIBMS, CCTV, and ACS, while working on-site in Ahmedabad. This is a one-year contractual opportunity, renewable annually based on performance.\nRole Overview\nAs a Quality Engineer, you will support the quality assurance and quality control of IBMS installations by reviewing workmanship, verifying compliance with drawings and specifications, and coordinating with project stakeholders to close observations efficiently. You will play a key role in maintaining quality standards across site activities, inspections, and system checks.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct site inspections and quality checks for IBMS installations, with emphasis on CCTV and ACS systems.\nVerify that execution at site aligns with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project quality standards.\nMonitor installation workmanship and identify deviations, defects, or rework requirements.\nCoordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve quality-related issues.\nSupport testing, inspection, and documentation activities during implementation and handover.\nMaintain accurate quality records, site reports, and follow-up actions.\nTrack technical and operational issues through closure and support corrective actions.\nEnsure safety and compliance requirements are followed during site activities.\nHow You Will Do It\nStay close to the site and verify work against drawings, specifications, and agreed quality standards.\nOwn issues through to closureby documenting findings, coordinating corrective actions, and confirming that rework meets expectations.\nWork openly with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teamsto remove obstacles and keep delivery moving.\nUse disciplined reporting and clear communicationto surface risks early and improve quality every day.\nApply a practical, detail-focused approach to inspections, system checks, and handover support.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or a related field.\n5 years of experience in IBMS project execution, quality checks, or site supervision.\nHands-on experience with IBMS, CCTV, and ACS.\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and specifications.\nStrong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.\nUnderstanding of safety, compliance, and site quality practices.\nNice to Have\nExposure to large-scale infrastructure or facility management projects.\nExperience with additional IBMS or ELV systems such as CFS.\nWhy Join Us\nThis role offers the opportunity to contribute to quality-focused IBMS delivery in a global company committed to smart and sustainable building solutions.
