This role supports day-to-day quality performance, quality system execution, and timely problem solving in a manufacturing environment.\nWhat you will do\nThe Quality Engineer supports the plant’s quality performance by monitoring key measures, driving corrective action, and working closely with Operations, Suppliers, and customer-facing stakeholders. You will help improve production quality deliverables such as CDTR, DPU, and warranty performance while supporting the implementation of quality systems, audits, control plans, and problem-solving activities.\nHow you will do\nLead incoming quality activities and support continuous improvement of production quality deliverables, including CDTR, DPU, and warranty performance.\nAct as a key quality contact for Operations on customer issues, quality concerns, and containment actions.\nMonitor quality key measures and support customer-specific quality initiatives.\nSupport the implementation and maintenance of ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, and ISO45001:2018 systems.\nAssess and approve post-S.O.P. supplier PPAPs and support supplier issue resolution.\nAnalyze production defects, support root-cause analysis, and maintain control plans.\nReview and update Quality Gates and control points based on customer feedback and plant data.\nPerform Layered Process Audits (LPA), Process Audits, and Gemba Audits as part of the plant quality system.\nSupport the continuous improvement of Operator Description Sheets (ODS) and inspection control checklists.\nUse customer complaints and field service data to improve inspection methods and quality controls.\nPrepare internal training content, KPI reports, and audit follow-up actions.\nSupport warranty issue follow-up, and corrective actions when needed.\nParticipate in PFMEA, Gemba, and continuous improvement workgroups.\nSupport final quality inspection activities and the effective use of statistical tools in the plant.\nHow You Will Do It\nTake ownership of outcomes with accountability, safety, and integrity by following issues through to closure and keeping actions, records, and escalations clear and timely.\nStay close to the work and focus on what matters by using shop-floor observations, customer feedback, and field data to prioritize the issues that most affect quality and customer satisfaction.\nImprove every day through candid problem solving by using 8D, A3, Lean 6 Sigma, and data analysis to remove root causes rather than treating symptoms.\nWork as one team across Operations, Suppliers, and Quality by sharing facts early, aligning on actions, and building trust through collaboration and practical follow-up.\nWhat we look for\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering. \nMinimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.\nExcellent command of English, both written and spoken.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with Operations, Suppliers, and internal stakeholders.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.\nExperience with Control Plan, PFMEA, and Part Product Approval processes.\nISO 9001:2015 Certified Internal Auditor.\nProven problem-solving abilities and a strong data-driven approach to quality issues.\nFamiliarity with TSEK, and Eurovent\nCompliance know-how (CE-Pressure Equipment Directive, UL-ETL, ASME)\nPreferred\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.\nExperience in welding and brazing processes.\nExperience in the HVAC industry.\nCertification in ISO 14001:2015 and/or ISO 45001:2018 standards.\nISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.\nLean Six Sigma Green Belt.\nExperience with SAP and
