This position involves working across retail environments to install and repair Inventory Control and Video equipment. Success in this role is achieved through collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nHow You Will Do It\nDemonstrate accountability and integrity by ensuring all installations and repairs are completed safely and effectively.\nFocus on critical tasks by managing service calls efficiently and maintaining accurate records of work performed.\nCollaborate with customers and team members to address issues promptly and provide training on equipment use.\nPursue continuous improvement by staying updated with training and certifications, and applying feedback to enhance service delivery.\nMaintain an accurate parts inventory to support first-time fixes and efficient operations.\nReport to management regularly on customer satisfaction and any service or sales opportunities identified during visits.\nWhat we look for\nPossession of an EL 06 License.\nProficiency in electronics and networking fundamentals.\nStrong written and oral communication skills.\nProficiency in MS Office and basic PC skills.\nCapability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.\nPhysical ability to carry and move equipment up to 70 lbs and work in challenging positions such as climbing ladders or working within ducts.\nPreferred Skills\nNetworking certification.\nExtensive experience in installing or servicing IP cameras and DVR/NVR systems.\nAdaptability to industry changes and a strong work ethic.\nJoin us in shaping the future of smart buildings and communities.
