The incumbent will be responsible for implementing site safety programs, ensuring statutory compliance, conducting risk assessments, and fostering a strong safety culture at project sites.\nKey Responsibilities\nSafety Management\nImplement and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and safety standards at project sites.\nConduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.\nEnsure compliance with local statutory and customer safety requirements.\nCarry out Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Risk Assessment before commencement of activities.\nSite Operations Support\nMonitor installation, testing and commissioning activities related to: Building Management Systems (BMS) Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) CCTV Surveillance Systems Access Control Systems (ACS) Fire Alarm Systems Structured Cabling & Networking\nEnsure safe execution of electrical and low-voltage works.\nSafety Compliance\nConduct toolbox talks and safety inductions.\nMaintain permits to work (PTW) and safety documentation.\nEnsure PPE compliance across the workforce and subcontractors.\nInvestigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.\nTraining & Audits\nOrganize safety awareness programs.\nConduct internal safety audits and compliance reviews.\nCoordinate with customer EHS teams and regulatory authorities.\nRequired Qualifications\nDiploma / BE / B.Tech in Engineering.\nDiploma in Industrial Safety / Advanced Safety Certification preferred.\nCertifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent would be an advantage.\nExperience Required\n3-8 years of experience in construction, electrical, IBMS, BMS, ELV, CCTV, or building automation projects.\nExperience handling large commercial, industrial, data center, pharma, IT park, or manufacturing projects preferred.\nHands-on experience in: Work at Height Electrical Safety Permit to Work System Contractor Safety Management Incident Investigation\nTechnical Skills\nKnowledge of EHS regulations and statutory compliance.\nRisk Assessment & Hazard Identification.\nSafety Audits and Inspections.\nEmergency Response Planning.\nMS Office and documentation
