This role operates with high sales targets across several P&L units. This role manages partner relationships, supports end-customer sales, sells through channel partners, and help with product planning and forecasting. This role delivers significant impact and handles complex problems and negotiations.\nHow you will do:\nStudy product knowledge and company working procedure, continuous to improve domain knowledge of product, company and industry.\nResponsible for Controls products market promotion, sales strategy set up and management.\nResponsible for Controls products design application, quotation and technical solution.\nBuilds and maintains good relationships with design institutes and promote the product branding through promotion activities.\nEstablishes and maintains long-term channel partner relationships with strategically important customers (key owners, architects, consultants and contractors) to influence opportunities.\nProvide training to internal and external distributors. \nCompliance with Johnson Controls’ policies and procedures at all times.\nWhat we look for:\nBachelor Degree or above, preferably in Mechanical engineering and HVAC engineering or Electrical / Electronic engineering. \nAbove 3 years working experience in sales, channel sales management.\nExtensive sales and marketing experience in Building Automation /Controls industry with good knowledge of Building Automation /Controls system applications.\nAbility to communicate both internally and externally at high levels.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills in implementing change
