  • Use candor and problem-solving to improve every day, learning from site conditions and looking for better ways to execute projects.
  • Win as one team, collaborating with project managers, trades, district staff, and customers to deliver a smooth installation experience.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while staying organized and meeting time and labor targets.
  • Attend required site meetings and communicate progress, risks, and needs clearly.
  • Use test equipment and commissioning devices effectively to verify system performance and quality.
  • Maintain a strong customer focus by explaining system operation clearly and supporting a positive service experience.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Three years of documented experience in low voltage electrical systems, including Fire/Life Safety systems, Access Control, Nurse Call, and Paging systems.
  • Experience installing, programming, configuring, commissioning, and servicing fire alarm or related low-voltage systems.
