This role demands a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer expectations.\nHow you will do it:\nEfficiently install and inspect equipment to meet and exceed customer expectations, adhering to manufacturer specifications.\nCoordinate field activities and communicate effectively to ensure seamless system programming, integrations, and commissioning.\nDiagnose and address equipment issues, providing robust troubleshooting for field wiring problems.\nAdvise customers on optimal solutions for restoring systems to full functionality.\nEffectively manage service calls, ensuring accurate allocation of field labor hours for maximum efficiency.\nEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.\nPrepare comprehensive reports documenting daily activities and system performance.\nAdhere to safety policies and guidelines, maintaining a strong culture of integrity and operational safety.\nOperate with proficiency in confined spaces and at heights, utilizing appropriate tools and safety equipment.\nCollaborate with team members to deliver integrated solutions, leveraging diverse perspectives and expertise.\nWhat we look for:\nA valid BC Security TQ Licence is required.\nProficient in Windows, MS Server, and Microsoft Office Suite, with a solid understanding of IT network systems.\nSkilled in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnostic equipment like multi-meters and digital analyzers.\nExperience with the installation and servicing of security systems such as C-Cure 9000, Kantech, Genetec, Lenel/S2, and others.\nMinimum high school diploma or trade school graduate; a technical degree in electronics or computers is preferred.\nExceptional troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.\nHIRING HOURLY RANGE: $27.00-$41.00 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
