This role is ideal for someone who has designed data models that solve real business problems in complex, large-scale organizations - balancing structure, flexibility, and scalability.\nYou'll partner closely with Data Integration Engineers (ingestion) and Data Platform Engineers (access & security) to deliver a scalable, high-quality data ecosystem for HR and business leadership.\nHow you will do it\nData Modeling & Transformation\nDesign and maintain modular, reusable transformation pipelines in Coalesce.io\nBuild analytics-ready Snowflake models (headcount, attrition, recruiting pipelines)\nApply best practices for layered architecture (raw → staging → curated) and scalable model design\nWorkforce Data Complexity\nModel complex HR datasets: employee lifecycle, org hierarchies, job/position structures, recruiting pipelines\nHandle effective-dated data, slowly changing dimensions, and point-in-time reporting\nData Quality & Trust\nImplement data quality checks and validation logic\nEnsure accuracy of key workforce metrics; resolve data issues with Integration and Platform teams\nPerformance & Optimization\nWrite efficient, optimized SQL; improve model and query performance\nDesign structures aligned with secure consumption patterns\nCollaboration & Business Enablement\nPartner with Integration Engineers on source systems (especially Workday) and Platform Engineers on access models\nTranslate business requirements from People Analytics/HR into data models and standardized metrics\nEnable self-service analytics through well-documented datasets\nDevelopment Practices\nUse Azure DevOps/GitHub for version control and CI/CD\nMaintain clear documentation for models and logic\nWhat we look for\nRequired\n5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics engineering\nStrong SQL skills (advanced transformations, performance tuning)\nHands-on experience with transformation frameworks (Coalesce.io, dbt, or similar)\nProven track record designing analytics-ready data models that solve business problems at scale\nExperience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake preferred)\nSolid understanding of data modeling concepts (dimensional modeling, SCDs)\nPreferred\nExperience with Workforce/HR data (Workday strongly preferred)\nExperience modeling effective-dated and hierarchical data\nExposure to People Analytics use cases\nFamiliarity with data quality frameworks\nExperience working with sensitive/PII data\nOur salary\nThe initial basic salary for this position will be in the range of 1 462 500 - 2 285 166 HUF per month. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
