The role requires strong expertise in industrial and facility safety, including Building Management Systems (BMS), CCTV surveillance systems, Access Control Systems (ACS), lifting operations, crane safety, contractor safety management, and compliance with applicable safety regulations and standards.\nThe incumbent will be responsible for developing a proactive safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, mitigating operational risks, and implementing best-in-class EHS practices across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nEHS Leadership & Governance\nLead the implementation and continuous improvement of EHS policies, standards, and procedures.\nDrive safety culture initiatives and ensure adherence to corporate and statutory EHS requirements.\nConduct periodic risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections.\nDevelop corrective and preventive action plans for identified hazards and incidents.\nFacility & Security Systems Safety\nOversee safety aspects related to Building Management Systems (BMS).\nEnsure safe operations and maintenance practices for CCTV and Access Control Systems (ACS).\nCollaborate with Facilities, Security, and Engineering teams to identify and mitigate operational risks.\nReview and approve safety procedures for maintenance activities involving critical infrastructure systems.\nLifting Operations & Crane Safety\nEstablish and monitor lifting plans for heavy equipment and machinery movement.\nEnsure compliance with crane safety regulations, lifting standards, and safe work practices.\nReview crane operations, rigging procedures, and lifting permits.\nConduct periodic inspections and audits of cranes, lifting tools, tackles, and associated equipment.\nInvestigate lifting-related incidents and implement corrective actions.\nContractor & Project Safety\nManage contractor safety programs and permit-to-work systems.\nConduct contractor onboarding, safety training, and performance evaluations.\nEnsure EHS compliance during installation, relocation, and maintenance of heavy machinery and equipment.\nParticipate in project planning and execution to integrate safety requirements from design to commissioning.\nCompliance & Risk Management\nEnsure compliance with relevant EHS legislation and industry standards.\nLead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and reporting.\nMaintain EHS documentation, records, permits, and statutory submissions.\nDevelop emergency response and business continuity plans.\nTraining & Awareness\nConduct safety training programs covering lifting operations, work-at-height, electrical safety, fire safety, and contractor safety.\nDrive safety campaigns, toolbox talks, and awareness initiatives across sites.\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Industrial Safety, or related discipline.\nDiploma/PG Diploma in Industrial Safety preferred.\nAdditional certifications in NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are desirable.\nExperience\n12-18 years of experience in EHS, facility safety, or industrial safety.\nExtensive experience with: Building Management Systems (BMS)CCTV & Access Control Systems (ACS)Crane and Heavy Lifting OperationsContractor Safety ManagementRisk Assessment & Incident InvestigationFacility & Engineering Safety\nExperience in corporate facilities, manufacturing, industrial projects,
