This role focuses on developing and improving manufacturing engineering processes, working with machinery, tooling, and materials, and helping ensure products are produced efficiently while meeting quality standards. You will partner closely with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and other cross-functional teams to drive readiness from development through release to manufacturing.\nWhat you will do\nFacilitate the transfer of information on new products and engineering changes between engineering and manufacturing.\nPlan and execute new product introduction activities across the product development process.\nManage engineering-to-factory communication for product changes, validation builds, and release-to-manufacturing timing.\nTrack action plans, priorities, and implementation progress for NPI activities and product changes.\nDevelop and improve manufacturing processes, work instructions, routings, procedures, and standard work.\nWork with machinery, tooling, materials, and production teams to improve manufacturability, quality, and efficiency.\nPartner with manufacturing, quality, and design engineering teams to reduce launch issues and support problem resolution.\nSupport production readiness by training and providing technical guidance to manufacturing personnel.\nContribute to manufacturing cost, process, and productivity improvements associated with NPI and engineering changes.\nSupport validation builds, customer visits, and other launch-related activities as needed.\nHow you will do it\nStay close to the work, listen to factory feedback, and remove obstacles that slow down launch readiness or production performance.\nWork with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain as one team to deliver safe, practical, and on-time outcomes.\nUse fact-based problem solving and continuous improvement to reduce NPI issues and improve processes every day.\nOwn your commitments with accountability, clear communication, safety awareness, and integrity throughout the launch cycle.\nWhat are we looking for?\nUniversity degree in engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, new product introduction, or a related technical manufacturing environment.\nExperience supporting product launches, process changes, or production transfer activities.\nKnowledge of machinery, tooling, materials, and manufacturing process development.\nAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information clearly.\nStrong problem-solving, organization, and follow-through skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and track actions through completion.\nNice to Have\nExperience in electronics manufacturing or fire detection products.\nExposure to electronic CAD, schematic capture, circuit simulation, or related design tools.\nBackground with analog, power, audio, or embedded products and systems.\nExperience with
