your best future with the Johnson Controls team\nKey Responsibilities\nInstall, configure, and commission complex field devices and system components as per project requirements.\nUtilize standard commissioning tools and software for system setup and validation.\nDiagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues during installation and post-installation phases.\nPerform functional testing to ensure systems meet operational and performance standards.\nRespond to and resolve basic warranty and service-related calls in a timely manner.\nCoordinate with internal teams, contractors, and customers to ensure smooth project execution.\nProvide regular updates on project status, issues, and resolutions to relevant stakeholders.\nEnsure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and quality procedures.\nMaintain proper documentation of installation, commissioning, and service activities.\nRequired Qualifications\nDiploma / Associate Degree (2-year) in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience)\nMinimum 4 years of experience in installation, commissioning, or field service of building systems / industrial systems\nHands-on experience with troubleshooting and commissioning tools\nPreferred Skills & Competencies\nStrong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nBasic understanding of control systems, HVAC, BMS, or related technologies\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics\nGood communication and coordination skills\nCustomer-focused approach with
