Operations.\nThis role requires an operations-savvy, cross-functional leader capable of driving end-to-end execution across Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Lean/Continuous production ramp-up schedules.\nEstablish and drive material readiness reviews, escalation processes, and supply-risk mitigation strategies.\nPartner with Procurement, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to improve supplier performance, inventory optimization, and long-lead material management.\nDevelop supply chain strategies that support aggressive capacity expansion while maintaining cost, quality, and delivery objectives.\nIdentify and resolve material constraints that could impact project milestones, customer commitments, or operational growth targets.\nImplement metrics and governance processes that improve forecast accuracy, supply continuity, and operational readiness.\nProject Leadership & Execution\nEmbed Lean thinking throughout all project phases utilizing Johnson Controls Business System practices.\nSchedule and lead project kickoff meetings, steering committees, and recurring stakeholder reviews.\nProvide executive-level project status reports to senior leadership.\nAdminister the complete lifecycle of assigned projects from initiation through closeout.\nOrganize, track, and communicate critical information across operations and manufacturing functions.\nManage multiple concurrent priorities and complex cross-functional dependencies.\nUse analytical, leadership, and change management skills to ensure projects meet objectives while managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk.\nLead, coach, mentor, and hold teams accountable for achieving business objectives.\nCross-Functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management\nLead project teams and decisions.\nOperational Readiness & Ramp-Up\nOversee commissioning, validation, startup, and production ramp-up activities.\nEnsure readiness across training, quality systems, maintenance programs, supply chain, and manufacturing operations.\nDrive structured launch and ramp-up plans that achieve growth objectives while maintaining customer commitments.\nWhat We Look For\nRequired\n10+ years of experience in project management, manufacturing, operations, engineering, supply chain, or capital project leadership.\nPMP certification.\nProven success leading large-scale manufacturing growth, operational transformation, or capacity expansion initiatives.\nDemonstrated experience driving material readiness, supply chain performance, and operational scaling efforts.\nStrong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence across functions and organizational levels.\nExpertise in manufacturing systems, operational excellence, and project governance.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.\nStrong financial acumen with experience managing significant capital investments.\nPreferred\nLean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent certification.\nExperience supporting rapid-growth manufacturing environments.\nExperience in data center, HVAC, industrial manufacturing, or highly configurable product
