Your responsibilities will include acquiring new customers, fostering relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will also ensure timely payment collections and deliver competitive quotations to improve sales effectiveness.\nHow you will do it:\nAchieve Key Result Areas (KRA) as established.\nGenerate and submit accurate quotations, along with regular sales forecasts and collection reports, adhering to company policy.\nCollaborate with customers on secured projects to implement the supply scope as per the purchase order and manage invoicing accordingly.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, visits, and formal presentations as necessary.\nMaintain and expand the customer base to ensure continuous business growth.\nAcquire a thorough understanding of Johnson Controls HVAC products to create suitable quotations based on customer requirements.\nGather field intelligence, providing feedback on competitors’ activities and market trends relevant to the HVAC sector.\nLiaise with sales, service administrators, and finance departments to facilitate timely collections and maintain customer credit profiles.\nKeep customers updated on product information and offerings from Johnson Controls.\nEstablish credit facilities for new customers when necessary and ensure effective collections.\nProvide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries at all times.\nFoster strong relationships with dealers, consultants, and end users.\nPerform additional duties as assigned by your superior.\nMaintain high morale and team spirit within your team.\nWhat we offer:\nA minimum degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.\nAt least 2 years of experience in HVAC sales (chillers), pumps, cooling towers, contractors\nDemonstrated experience in sales to contractors, consultants, or company owners, and handling projects effectively.\nKnowledge of Building HVAC\nExperience in the construction industry is preferred.\nBasic understanding of SAP operations would be advantageous.\nDesirable personal qualities include ambition, strong project understanding, and good relationships with contractors and
