Your role will include understanding customer needs, developing tailored solutions, and effectively communicating and presenting these solutions to stakeholders. You will work closely with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to sales targets.\nHow you will do it?\nIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities, leveraging strong technical knowledge of CFS systems.\nConduct site visits and audits to assess customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.\nPrepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, demonstrating the value of JCI’s offerings.\nUtilize CRM software to track interactions and sales progress, maintaining accurate records and forecasts.\nCollaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure the feasibility and compliance of proposed solutions.\nDevelop long-term relationships with customers, providing support and addressing any concerns to foster loyalty.\nRegularly report on sales activities and performance, adjusting strategies based on market trends and customer feedback.\nWhat we look for:\nAbove 5-years working experience as sales/marketing position in direct selling for CFS solutions in construction/building market. \nSelf-motivated, work based on target and under less supervision. \nSales & distribution development (preferable CFS at construction Market & having customer base) \nAble to forecast pricing, quotation & budgeting. \nGood negotiation, communication, analytical, aggressive & relationship management skills \nMust be a proactive team player & having problem solving spirits \nProficiency in English (written & oral) \nComputer literate (MS-Excel, MS-Word, CAD is an advantage). \nPossess a car would
