Responsibilities\nInstallation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of IBMS/BMS systems.\n\nTroubleshoot and rectify faults in building automation systems and field devices.\n\nConfigure and maintain systems including: Building Management System (BMS) HVAC Controls Fire Alarm Systems Access Control Systems CCTV & Video Surveillance Public Address Systems Intrusion Detection Systems Energy Monitoring Systems\n\nPerform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.\n\nAttend service calls and provide timely resolution to customers.\n\nAnalyze system alarms, logs, and network communication issues.\n\nCoordinate with clients, OEMs, and internal teams during maintenance and shutdown activities.\n\nPrepare service reports, maintenance records, and site documentation.\n\nEnsure compliance with safety and quality standards.\n\nRequired Skills\nStrong knowledge of: HVAC systems (AHU, FCU, Chillers) BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks protocols Fire Alarm Systems ELV Systems PLC/DDC Controllers Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, Ethernet)\n\nAbility to read electrical schematics and control drawings.\n\nExperience in system integration and troubleshooting.\n\nQualifications\nDiploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, E&C, or related discipline.\n\n3-5 years of experience in IBMS/BMS service, maintenance, or commissioning
