This role has full responsibility for the operational and financial performance of the UK HVAC service business, including ownership of a circa £10M P&L, resource planning, customer satisfaction, safety performance, and the delivery of sustainable business growth.\nLeading our service teams in Aberdeen and Basildon, you will ensure exceptional customer service across the Oil & Gas, Commercial Marine, and Naval/Defence sectors.
