Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams als Servicekoordinator für industrielle Kältetechnik

In dieser Schlüsselrolle unterstützen Sie unsere technischen und kaufmännischen Abläufe maßgeblich. Von der Angebotserstellung über die Beschaffung bis hin zur Koordination von Serviceeinsätzen und Durchführung von Life-Cycle-Kalkulationen - Sie sorgen für eine reibungslose und effiziente Serviceabwicklung. Diese Position bietet eine dynamische Mischung aus administrativen, technischen und kundenorientierten Aufgaben in einem internationalen Umfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung und Koordination anstehender Serviceeinsätze in Zusammenarbeit mit den zuständigen Technikern
  • Erstellung von Angeboten auf Basis von Kundenanfragen im Bereich Service und Wartung
  • Bestellung benötigter Waren und Dienstleistungen für das Team
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Wartungsverträgen
  • Unterstützung bei Verkaufsaktivitäten und Angebotsabgaben
  • Einholung und Verhandlung von Rabatten bei Lieferanten zur Optimierung der Einkaufskosten
  • Kalkulation von Angeboten im Rahmen von Ausschreibungen
  • Durchführung von Life-Cycle-Kalkulationen zur Ermittlung langfristiger Servicekosten

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle (z. B. Koordination von Serviceeinsätzen, technischer Vertriebsinnendienst, Kalkulation)
  • Technische Erfahrung mit Industriekälteanlagen / Ammoniak / Gebäudetechnik (HVACR)
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-/CRM-Systemen
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
