Ihr Aufgabenfeld

  • Auftragssteuerung von Serviceaufträgen
  • Telefonische Störungsannahme und Terminvereinbarungen
  • Abstimmung sowie Einsatzplanung von Serviceeinsätzen und Wartungsterminen mit Kunden und Technikern
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Abwicklung von Serviceeinsätzen und der termingerechten Instandhaltung von Kundenanlagen
  • Bestellung von Materialien und Dienstleistungen sowie deren Nachverfolgung
  • Bearbeitung von Kunden- und Lieferantenrückfragen
  • Bestellung von Subunternehmerleistungen für Instandhaltungs- und Störungseinsätze
  • Zuarbeit für die zentralen Teams Faktura und Kundenservice
  • Erfassung und Pflege der Installationskomponenten in unserem Servicesteuerungssystem
  • Erstellung von Kurzangeboten

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich und wenden kaufmännische IT-Systeme sowie MS Office sicher an.
  • Darüber hinaus bringen Sie einausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und die Bereitschaft mit, sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten.
  • Sie kommunizieren sicher in Wort und Schrift, arbeiten kundenorientiert und eigenständig und überzeugen durch Teamfähigkeit sowie Zuverlässigkeit.
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
