Backed by advanced technology, lifecycle services and an industry-leading field organization, we elevate customer performance, turn goals into real-world results and help move society forward.\nWhat you will do\nReceive PO’s - Service\nOrder Job Specific Forms\nFacility Maintenance\nShip and receive material daily.\nKeep warehouse organized.\nMaintains all shipping and receipts logs.\nUnderstanding and execution of procedures and processes for receipts, issues and transfer of all materials.\nNotify Truck based Service Managers and Mechanics that Job Cost project materials have arrived.\nConfirm received materials in NxGen.\nReconciliation of material from Job Cost and Customer credit returns.\nCoordinates all RMA requests, processes and credits for Warranty, or Repair material.\nMaintain all hard copy paper flows to validate that transfers are accounted for properly within NxGen.\nMaintain & monitor inventory integrity.\nOccasionally deliver parts and materials to the field.\nPerform other duties as directed\nWhat we look for\nStrong organizational skills, positive attitude, excellent follow-through, and an ability to learn quickly.\nPossess a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company requirements.\nForklift certification a plus.\nExcellent communication and teamwork with technicians, office staff, and dispatchers are required.\nExcellent computer and mathematical skills.\nHigh School diploma or equivalent.\n1-5 years purchasing/inventory experience\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.\nMust be able to pass a drug and background check.\nMust be able to lift up to 70lb.\nHIRING HOURLY RANGE: $23-$32Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
