Performs basic commissioning and system diagnostics from system-level controllers to end devices (i.e., sensors, actuators, etc.) and completes all required commissioning documentation. \nKeeps management and JCI contractor or customer informed of job progress and issues. \nCalibrate systems require basic electronic test equipment. \nCompletes administrative tasks including but not limited to time sheets, expense reports, and on-site documentation. \nDocuments change and provide information for as built documentation. \nCommunicates with the JCI contractor or customer upon arrival and before leaving the work site. \nFollows all safety standards and attends required safety training. High degree of regard to employee and subcontractor safety.\nWhat we look for\nRequired\nDemonstrated technical aptitude. \nAble to use hand and power tools (i.e., drills, saws, etc.) \nBasic computer skills required. \nAttention to detail. \nEffective communication and listening skills. \nDepending on location, the mounting and termination of low voltage devices may have special licensing requirements. \nPreferred\nDemonstrated knowledge of HVAC systems. \n HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $26.58 - $34.15 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
