The HR Operations Specialist will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and ensuring processing of transactions with high accuracy and attention to detail. Scope involves processing of Hiring, Reference Letters, Personal data changes, Job data changes, Terminations and more. The role will involve transition of processes from offshore locations and hence the incumbent will ensure the learning curve is maintained until self-sufficiency within transition timelines.:\nSkills & Experience\nProcessing Workday transactions & administration such New Hires, Terminations, Employment Changes, Employment Verification, etc. including follow up with mangers and HRBPs to clarify information, obtain approvals or request corrections.\nProcess the transactions accomplishing KPIs defined per process and according to the Case Management Framework and SOX Controls.\nWell versed with EIBs and bulk uploads using Workday or similar HCM.\nAble to independently participate in new process transitions from off-shore locations, handle knowledge transfer within team. Attention to details - being able to audit WD transactions for data accuracy.\nWell versed with data protection principles, knows how to process confidential and sensitive employee information.\nAttention to detail - be able to accurately process transaction.\nSolid understanding of Workday and HR ServiceNow.\nArticulate work instructions and write standard operating procedure (SOPs).
