HR Operations Specialist - Pune Work Mode - 5 days work from Office Johnson Controls is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Operations Specialist. The HR Operations Specialist will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and ensuring processing of transactions with high accuracy and attention to detail. Scope involves processing of Hiring, Reference Letters, Personal data changes, Job data changes, Terminations and more. The role will involve transition of processes from offshore locations and hence the incumbent will ensure the learning curve is maintained until self-sufficiency within transition timelines.: Skills & Experience Processing Workday transactions & administration such New Hires, Terminations, Employment Changes, Employment Verification, etc. including follow up with mangers and HRBPs to clarify information, obtain approvals or request corrections. Process the transactions accomplishing KPIs defined per process and according to the Case Management Framework and SOX Controls. Well versed with EIBs and bulk uploads using Workday or similar HCM.
