What you will do
We are looking for a Sprinkler Installer's Mate to support support the installation of sprinkler systems for a diverse range of customers across the commercial, industrial, public sector, and blue-chip markets.
You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality installations while maintaining a strong focus on health and safety. We're looking for someone with a positive work ethic, a commitment to quality, and a customer-first approach to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.

How you will do it
- Hold a CSCS Card or be willing to work towards obtaining one (support can be provided)
- Help create and maintain a Zero Harm environment by following safe working practices and promoting a safety-first culture
- Proactively identify and report near misses to help make the workplace safer for everyone
- Install systems using your knowledge of mechanical fire suppression systems
- Deliver an excellent customer experience by providing a high standard of service, solving problems, and building strong customer relationships
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and flexibility, including working additional hours when required to ensure the successful delivery of projects
What we look for
- Reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Full UK driving licence
Preferred
- Technical knowledge of fire legislation and industry standards within the relevant field
- Good understanding of the industries and environments we protect
- Previous sprinkler installation experience would be advantageous
- Experience installing mechanical fire suppression systems is desirable
