Together, we make a difference.\nWhat You Will Do\nIn this role, you will support Construction Managers and Project Managers with coordination, documentation, and equipment ordering for Install base projects. This includes day-to-day administrative and project support for fire alarm, suppression, and sprinkler operations.\nHow You Will Do I t\nValidate project details at kickoff to ensure accuracy in the system\nCoordinate and follow up with Sales regarding project bookings, releases from COE or credit holds\nSet up prevailing wage, CCIP/OCIP projects\nSubmit monthly CCIP/OCIP reporting\nShip and track material-only sale projects\nCreate and receive purchase orders for subcontractors and material vendors\nRelease material shipments per PM request\nProcess and track RMAs\nAssist PMs with special billing forms and invoice credits\nSupport the Billing team with invoicing questions\nServe as Dispute Champion for the Install department by resolving or escalating AR disputes\nCoordinate delivery of close-out documentation\nAttend weekly Work in Progress (WIP) meetings\nManage Accounts Payable disputes, issues, and PO-on-hold reviews\nPerform other duties as assigned to support project and department operations\nWhat We Look For\nRequired\nProficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\nValid driver’s license with a good driving record\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nStrong ability to prioritize and multitask with strict adherence to deadlines\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated\nAbility to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen\nPositive attitude, punctuality, and accountability\nCustomer service experience\nPreferred\nAssociate’s degree\n3-5 years of relevant experience\nExperience in a high-volume, customer-service-oriented environment\nElectrical or construction industry experience\nHIRING HOURLY RANGE: $21.92 - 30.14 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
