This role is focused on daily execution, team leadership, and disciplined performance across safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.\nRole Overview\nThe Sr Production Manager is responsible for leading the assigned production area and ensuring the operation runs safely, efficiently, and in alignment with quality and business targets.
