This role focuses on analyzing needs, gathering requirements, designing practical solutions, and collaborating with development teams to deliver reliable outcomes from analysis through deployment and support.\nKey Responsibilities\nGather, analyze, and document business requirements for IT products, enhancements, and projects.\nTranslate business needs into solution designs, functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.\nSupport the analysis, design, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of solutions.\nWork with business stakeholders to define current-state and future-state processes, gaps, and impacts.\nPartner with development teams to clarify requirements, review solutions, and support successful delivery.\nCoordinate and support testing activities, defect triage, and readiness for deployment.\nProvide support for production issues and help resolve system or process-related concerns.\nContribute to cross-functional initiatives and work with related applications and platforms, including SAP, Service Max, Salesforce, Oracle, and other enterprise systems where applicable.\nHelp ensure deliverables meet expectations for quality, reliability, performance, security, and compliance.\nSupport standardization and continuous improvement across business processes and IT solutions.\nHow You Will Do It\nOwn the outcome by taking accountability for clear analysis, sound design, and dependable follow-through.\nStay close to the work by working directly with business partners to understand needs early and remove obstacles quickly.\nTranslate complexity into clarity by turning business goals into actionable requirements, process flows, and solution details.\nWork openly with development teams to confirm assumptions, resolve issues fast, and keep delivery aligned with expectations.\nImprove every day by using feedback, defects, and support cases to simplify processes and strengthen solutions.\nWin as one team by collaborating across functions, sharing knowledge, and respecting different perspectives.\nQualifications\nUniversity degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n8+ years of experience in technical analysis, business analysis, solution design, or a related IT role.\nExperience gathering requirements and documenting business processes, functional needs, and solution details.\nExperience supporting analysis, design, testing, deployment, and support of IT solutions.\nExperience working with development teams and business stakeholders in a collaborative delivery environment.\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.\nAbility to manage priorities and deliver accurate work in a regional or country-level environment.\nNice to Have\nExperience with SAP, Service Max, Salesforce, Oracle, or similar enterprise applications.\nExperience supporting cross-functional projects or multi-application environments.\nExperience standardizing processes across lines of business or regions.\nWhy Join Us\nThis is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful IT investments, work across business and development teams, and see your analysis move from concept to delivery and support.
