This role ensures ERP / MES solutions are delivered on time, to the operations team. Identify and provide solutions for any issue found preventing line disruptions.\nKey Responsibilities\nERP Project Planning & Deliver \nLead ERP / MES projects from initiation through go-live and stabilization, including scope definition, planning, execution, and closure.\nDevelop and manage detailed project plans, for improving overall operations systems available communicate and escalade any potential issues affecting the production lines. \nEnsure alignment between business requirements, ERP / MES system design, configuration, testing, and deployment. \nCoordinate improvement actions supporting the productions lines and reducing the cycle time. \nTrack project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation and recovery plans. \nBusiness Process & System Integration\nPartner with business stakeholders to define, document, and validate ERP / MES business requirements. \nEnsure ERP / MES solutions support standardized, best-practice business processes across sites and functions.\nEnsure master data, transactional data, and reporting structures are accurate and aligned with business needs. \nSupport post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives. \nStakeholder & Change Management \nServe as the primary point of contact for ERP / MES project sponsors, business leaders, and key stakeholders. \nLead cross-functional ERP / MES teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, and IT. \nFacilitate project governance meetings, steering committees, and status reviews. \nCommunicate project status, risks, decisions, and outcomes clearly and consistently to all stakeholders. \nSupport organizational change management by coordinating training, communications, and user adoption activities. \nRisk, Change & Quality Management \nIdentify and manage ERP / MES project risks, dependencies, and inter-module impacts. \nManage scope changes through formal change control and governance processes. \nEnsure ERP / MES deliverables meet defined quality standards, compliance requirements, and business objectives. \nDrive timely issue resolution and escalate when required. \nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Manufacturing experience or related field. \n5+ years of experience leading ERP / MES NPI Manufacturing experience \nHands-on experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment. \nStrong understanding of Engineering and Manufacturing concepts, business processes, and system lifecycle. \nProficiency with project management and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint).\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent. \nProject Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent). \nExperience with manufacturing, supply chain, finance, or engineering ERP modules. \nLean, Six Sigma, or continuous
