quality, delivery, capacity and operational performance.\nDrive supplier readiness for new product introductions using APQP, PPAP and risk management methodologies.\nConduct supplier audits, capability assessments and capacity reviews to validate manufacturing processes and scalability.\nDevelop and monitor supplier KPIs, ensuring corrective actions and improvement plans are implemented effectively.\nFacilitate root cause analysis and structured problem-solving activities to resolve quality and delivery issues.\nSupport supplier onboarding, qualification and ongoing performance management activities.\nPartner with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain teams to achieve business objectives.\nPromote lean manufacturing, Six Sigma and continuous improvement practices throughout the supplier network.\nTravel to supplier locations as required to conduct assessments, reviews and development activities.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations Management or a related discipline.\nSignificant experience in Supplier Quality, Supplier Development, Manufacturing Engineering or Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.\nStrong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, control plans and problem-solving methodologies.\nExperience conducting supplier audits and driving performance improvement initiatives.\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.\nStrong project management, analytical and organisational skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.\nWillingness to travel regularly within the UK and internationally.\nBeneficial\nSix Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.\nLead Auditor qualification.\nExperience supporting global supplier networks.\nKnowledge of sustainability, ESG or responsible sourcing programmes.\nExperience within HVAC, industrial manufacturing, automotive or engineered products sectors.\nThis role offers the opportunity to influence supplier performance on a global scale,
