You will work with cross-functional teams to improve supplier processes, support new product and quality initiatives, and help maintain high standards across incoming materials and finished products.\nWhat you will do\nConduct quality assurance assessments and audits of OEM/ODM supplier facilities, processes, and systems.\nMonitor supplier quality performance and analyze trends in defects, non-conformances, and quality data.\nSupport root cause analysis and corrective action activities for supplier quality issues.\nCollaborate with suppliers to improve product quality, process control, and adherence to specifications.\nWork with cross-functional teams to support incoming inspections, material rejections, and supplier issue resolution.\nReview product quality issues related to welding quality, electrical control accuracy, and machine performance longevity when applicable.\nPrepare quality reports and communicate findings, risks, and improvement actions to relevant stakeholders.\nStay current on quality standards, regulations, and best practices that support supplier development and compliance.\nHow you will do it\nYou will act with accountability, safety, and integrity in every supplier interaction and quality decision.\nYou will stay close to the work by understanding supplier processes firsthand and removing obstacles that slow resolution.\nYou will different perspectives to reach strong outcomes.\nWhat are we looking for?\nBachelor's degree.\nExperience in supplier quality, quality assurance, quality engineering, or a similar manufacturing environment.\nWorking knowledge of supplier audits, quality systems, corrective actions, and root cause analysis.\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.\nClear communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across functions and with external suppliers.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and follow through on actions to closure.\nNice to Have\nExperience with OEM/ODM supplier environments.\nFamiliarity with quality tools and methods such as ISO standards, Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, 8D, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, and PPM tracking.\nExposure to residential or
