We are looking for aSupplier Scheduler.\nWhat will you do?\nThe Supplier Scheduler is assigned to a series of items. Is responsible for assuring that the requirements for these purchased items are filled in a proper time and that the material will meet the delivery date to minimize the risk of an inventory stock-out by reviewing the Follow Up on a timely manner. Is also responsible to update purchasing parameters to ensure parts are ordered on time according to the replenishment method, also to maintain minimal amounts of inventory to meet planned inventory levels according to the company DOH target.\nHow will you do it?\nAnalyze MRP demand and replenish stocks timely.\nPlace purchase orders and expedite delivery of materials to assure receipt in accordance with production program requirements.\nReview open requirements through the Follow Up or Open Order Report and expediting or defer when necessary.\nMonitor vendor performance through the OTD and assures proper feedback and corrective actions are in place to improve vendor development.\nAssure that problems relating to delivery, pricing and invoicing are promptly conveyed to the vendor and resolved in a timely manner per standard procedures to avoid material shortages.\nProvide forecast to the specify vendors according to schedule.\nUpdate purchasing parameters to ensure material availability and optimum stock levels.\nImplement Material related Projects.\nResolve discrepancy problems in a timely manner.\nComply with activities specified in JCI Safety Commitment Letter.\nParticipate in Safety Subcommittees and Safety Audits as required.\nWhat are we looking for?\nBachelor’s Degree with +3 years exp. in purchasing role.\nFluent English written and spoken.\nLeadership skills.\nTeamwork.\nService attitude.\nAbility to work under pressure.\nStrong decision-making Communication, analytical and negotiation skills.\nExperience in a manufacturing planning capacity.\nAbility to read and understand MRP reports, stock status reports, material variance reports, and customer order shortage report.\nKnowledge in running queries on the SAP.\nAbility
