We are positioned to make a dramatic impact on the culture at Johnson Controls by focusing on delivering high quality hires in an appropriate time frame.\nWhat You will do\nManage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through to offer and hire.\nRecruit across a range of technical, engineering, manufacturing and operational positions.\nBuild strong relationships with Hiring Managers, HR and senior stakeholders.\nConfidently advise, challenge and influence stakeholders to drive effective and timely hiring decisions.\nDevelop targeted sourcing strategies for specialist and hard-to-fill roles.\nProactively identify and engage talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.\nManage multiple vacancies and competing priorities within a fast-paced environment.\nMaintain accurate recruitment activity and candidate workflows within Workday.\nDeliver a high-quality candidate and Hiring Manager experience.\nWhat we are looking for\nStrong experience in end-to-end corporate or in-house recruitment.\nPrevious recruitment experience within an engineering, manufacturing or technical environment.\nExperience recruiting within data centres, HVAC, mechanical or electrical engineering, construction, industrial manufacturing or mission-critical infrastructure would be highly advantageous.\nStrong experience recruiting technical, engineering and/or operational talent across multiple disciplines.\nExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly when working with senior and demanding stakeholders.\nA confident and resilient approach, with the ability to manage strong personalities and competing priorities.\nStrong direct sourcing capability and experience building pipelines for specialist talent.\nExperience with LinkedIn Recruiter; Workday experience would be advantageous.\nWhat we offer\nWe offer an exciting and challenging position with great personal freedom and professional responsibility.
