You provide daily guidance to your team, coordinate operational priorities, and support continuous improvements that enhance productivity, quality, and customer service.\nYou lead from the front, working closely with your team while acting as a trusted partner to the Warehouse Supervisor and other operational stakeholders.\n What You'll Do\n\nLead and Support Your Team\nProvide day-to-day leadership and guidance to a team within the outbound warehouse operation.\nFoster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment.\nAct as the first point of contact for team members' questions, challenges, and operational issues.\nSupport employee engagement, development, and performance through coaching and feedback.\n\nCoordinate Daily Operations\nEnsure outbound orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.\nMonitor workflows, priorities, and operational performance throughout the shift.\nAllocate resources effectively, including workforce planning and equipment utilization.\nEnsure adherence to operational procedures, quality standards, and company policies.\n\nDrive Safety and Continuous Improvement\nPromote a strong safety culture and proactively address potential risks.\nIdentify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.\nLead and support small-scale improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies.\nContribute ideas and recommendations that enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.\n\nDevelop People and Processes\nTrain and onboard new team members.\nEnsure employees have the knowledge, tools, and support needed to succeed.\nProvide performance insights and operational feedback to the Warehouse Supervisor.\nSupport ongoing team development and succession planning efforts.\n What Success Looks Like\nIn this role, you will:\nDeliver consistent outbound performance and service levels.\nMaintain a safe and compliant working environment.\nBuild an engaged and well-trained team.\nImprove operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.\nContribute to a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence.\n What You'll Bring \nWe're interested in people who combine leadership skills with operational expertise.
