This role will serve as the key technical leader responsible for supporting business growth, strengthening field service capabilities, integrating global technical resources, and developing local technical talent. The successful candidate will possess strong HVAC expertise, people leadership experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with regional and global technical organizations.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Business Development & Solution Support\nPartner with the Sales team to provide technical consultation, solution presentations, and customer engagement activities.\nSupport the development of HVAC system solutions, energy efficiency programs, system optimization, and digital service offerings.\nIdentify customer requirements and translate them into competitive technical solutions.\nContribute to business growth through technical expertise and market-oriented solution development.\n2. Advanced Technical Support & Escalation Management\nLead the Taiwan Technical Center as the second-level technical support organization.\nProvide technical consultation and troubleshooting support for complex service, maintenance, and project issues.\nDevelop technical standards, best practices, and knowledge management processes.\nSupport critical customer situations and high-priority projects requiring advanced technical expertise.\n3. Global Technical Resource Integration\nAct as the primary liaison between Taiwan, APAC Technical Center, Global Technical Centers, and the Shanghai Manufacturing & R&D Center.\nFacilitate the introduction of new products, technologies, service capabilities, and engineering practices into Taiwan.\nLeverage global technical resources to strengthen local technical competencies and customer support capabilities.\nMaintain strong alignment with regional and global engineering organizations.\n4. Talent Development & Technical Capability Building\nDevelop and implement technical training and competency development programs.\nTrain and mentor service engineers, technical specialists, and sales personnel.\nEstablish technical certification, knowledge transfer, and succession planning programs.\nDrive continuous improvement in the technical capabilities of the Taiwan organization.\n5. Solution Development & Strategic Execution\nSupport company growth strategies through the development of competitive HVAC solutions and service offerings.\nIntegrate product, engineering, and service capabilities into customer-focused solutions.\nDevelop implementation guidelines, service delivery processes, and supporting training programs.\nEnsure technical solutions are effectively deployed and supported throughout the customer lifecycle.\nLeadership Responsibilities\nEstablish and lead the Taiwan Technical Center organization.\nRecruit, develop, and manage technical professionals.\nDrive employee engagement, performance management, and talent development.\nFoster a high-performance culture focused on technical excellence, innovation, and customer success.\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related disciplines.\nMaster's degree preferred.\nExperience\nMinimum 10 years of HVAC industry experience.\nMinimum 5 years of leadership or people management experience.\nExperience supporting commercial buildings, semiconductor facilities, data centers, healthcare, or industrial applications is preferred.\nProven experience in technical consulting, solution development, and advanced troubleshooting.\nCertifications\nValid Professional HVAC Engineer License is required.\nPMP, Energy Management, or related professional certifications are preferred.\nTechnical Competencies\nStrong expertise in HVAC systems, chilled water plants, controls, and service operations.\nExcellent analytical and technical problem-solving skills.\nStrong presentation, communication, and customer engagement capabilities.\nAbility to work effectively across regional and global technical organizations.\nLanguage Skills\nFluent Mandarin Chinese.\nProfessional English communication skills, both written and
