In this role, you will provide responsive technical support, accurate documentation, and practical field guidance that help internal teams, distributors, customers, and end users get the information they need.\nThis position serves as a subject matter resource for foam and foam hardware products. You will work across Technical Services, Field Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Service, and Quality Services to answer technical questions, support product application, prepare and review documentation, and help drive reliable outcomes in the field and in the office.\nHow you will do it\nPrepare Bills of Materials for domestic and international distributors.\n\nRespond to technical questions from distribution, field sales, customers, and end users with clear, timely, and professional guidance.\n\nConsult with engineers, architects, and other technical professionals on product application and system-related matters.\n\nTravel to customer sites to support on-site hazard analysis when required.\n\nRepresent Technical Services on technical committees and project teams.\n\nSupport Quality Services with warranty claims and technical investigations.\n\nMonitor applicable industry codes and standards, including NFPA, and help guide product compliance discussions.\n\nReview technical literature, manufacturing drawings, and engineering documents for accuracy before release to the field.\n\nDevelop, review, and coordinate technical documentation that supports field sales, custom products, and standard products.\n\nAssist with training for Technical Service and Training teams and support customer visits, including factory tours, as needed.\n\nWork with Field Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Customer Service to resolve order issues and product application questions.\n\nProvide technical direction to engineers, drafters, or technicians on specific assignments and contribute to team efforts as needed.\n\nYou will own your work with accountability, safety, and integrity by validating technical information carefully and standing behind the guidance you provide.\n\nYou will stay close to the work by partnering with field teams, customers, and distributors to remove obstacles and deliver practical solutions quickly.\n\nYou will improve every day by bringing candor to technical questions, learning from issues, and using problem-solving to strengthen products and processes.\n\nYou will win as one team by collaborating across Technical Services, Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Customer Service, and Quality Services.\n\nUse sound technical judgment when preparing BOMs, reviewing drawings, and checking documentation before release.\n\nKeep communication clear, concise, and customer-focused when supporting a range of technical requests.\n\nStay current on product updates, industry codes, and standards so your guidance remains accurate and dependable.\n\nWhat we look for:\nRequired\nBachelor degree in Technology or Engineeringor similar background through education or related experience.\n\nPreferred\n0-5years applicable experience\n\nNational Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) Level III in Special Hazard Systems or equivalent industry certification a plus\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications\n\nHIRING SALARY RANGE: $72,000- 105,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
