In this customer-facing role, you will deliver technical training, professional services, and specialist support for enterprise security solutions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. technical training courses to customers, partners, and colleagues\nDevelop and maintain training materials, practical labs, and supporting documentation\nProvide professional services including commissioning, system upgrades, migrations, and troubleshooting\nSupport customers through complex deployments and technical escalations\nDeliver knowledge transfer sessions and best-practice guidance\nWork closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Technical Support teams\nPromote adoption and optimisation of Johnson Controls security solutions\nTravel extensively to customer sites throughout the UK, Ireland, EMEA, and occasionally internationally\nWhat We Are Looking For\nRequired\nProven experience within the electronic security industry\nStrong knowledge of enterprise security solutions, including access control and video management systems\nHands-on experience with Johnson Controls security products, including C•CURE 9000, CEM Systems and/or American Dynamics solutions\nExperience delivering technical training or presenting complex technical information to customers\nProfessional Services experience, including installation, commissioning, upgrades, migrations, or system optimisation\nStrong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills\nExcellent English communication skills\nAbility and willingness to travel extensively across the UK, Ireland, EMEA, and internationally when required\nBeneficial\nExperience supporting multinational enterprise customers\nKnowledge of competitor enterprise security platforms\nAdditional European language skills\nRelevant security industry, IT networking, or security systems
