# Technical Trainer and Professional Services Engineer

What You Will Do Join Johnson Controls as a Technical Trainer / Professional Services Consultant within our Security Products business. In this customer-facing role, you will deliver technical training, professional services, and specialist support for enterprise security solutions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to support system deployments, upgrades, migrations, and optimisation projects while helping users maximise the value of our technologies. This role requires regular travel across the UK and Ireland and occasional travel to other regions including AMEA and APAC.
